Suspended Ceiling Cleaning and Coating

We begin by dusting the suspended ceiling elements on-site. For plastic or metal ceiling tiles, we also perform degreasing using a specialized cleaning agent, including all visible mechanical components. In the case of exposed grid ceilings, the frames are cleaned separately for a thorough result.

To achieve a like-new appearance, exposed grid ceilings are coated with a specialized dispersion-based solution. The entire room is carefully covered with protective sheeting, eliminating the need to clear out the space beforehand.

The coating is sprayed directly onto the ceiling surface. After a short drying time, the surface retains its original functionality: it remains porous, acoustically effective, and dust-absorbent. The coating does not adhere permanently to the frame, allowing for future removal if necessary.

Once the protective covering is removed, the room is immediately ready for use—no downtime required. The coating material is tintable, making it adaptable to any interior design concept.
