DROZMÓ – Drone-Assisted Façade Cleaning with Reverse Osmosis Water

DROZMÓ is Fort Facility’s combined chemical-free drone-assisted façade cleaning technology, integrating reverse osmosis water cleaning, high-pressure water delivery and drone-based operation. The technology is designed for cleaning high-rise, complex or hard-to-reach façade surfaces.

DROZMÓ uses purified water produced by reverse osmosis, which contains no minerals or other dissolved impurities. As a result, surfaces dry without spots or streaks, while no cleaning chemicals are required. The chemical-free process does not compromise cleaning performance: with the appropriate technical settings, we can achieve an effective, visually clean and environmentally conscious result.

We use the drone-assisted system for surfaces above 16 metres, at heights of up to 50 metres. At these heights, effective water delivery is supported by a high-pressure system operating at 200 bar with a water flow rate of 15 litres per minute. The equipment is installed in a mobile trailer, allowing the system to be deployed quickly at a wide range of locations.

DROZMÓ is particularly advantageous for buildings where conventional access using aerial work platforms or industrial rope access would be more complicated, time-consuming or costly. The technology enables us to clean glass, metal, stone and mixed-material façades safely, quickly and efficiently.

What site conditions are required for drone-assisted cleaning?

Can high-pressure water damage the surface?

When is DROZMÓ not the most suitable solution?

DROZMÓ is primarily designed for the maintenance cleaning of high or hard-to-reach exterior façade surfaces. For heavily ingrained, burnt-on, oily, greasy or industrial contamination, we may recommend another specialist cleaning technology, such as high-pressure water cleaning, abrasive blasting or chemical cleaning.
