High-pressure water cleaning

High-pressure water cleaning is a chemical-free surface cleaning technology that uses a specialised pump to generate a high-energy water jet. By harnessing the force of pressurised water, we can effectively remove built-up dirt, oil and grease contamination, paint residues and environmental deposits from a wide range of surfaces.

The efficiency of the technology can be further enhanced with various specialised tools, including Mosmatic equipment, rotary cleaning heads and different types of nozzles. These allow us to adjust the water jet to the specific surface, the type of contamination and the required cleaning result.

High-pressure water cleaning can be carried out across a wide range of pressure levels. Ultra-high-pressure water cleaning typically operates between 500 and 2,500 bar. Fort Facility is equipped to apply cleaning technologies operating at pressures above 400 bar. The appropriate pressure is always selected according to the material and condition of the surface and the type of contamination.
